It was great to see many of you at Curriculum Night on Tuesday! For those that were unable to attend please remember to read through the information that was sent home with your child. We would like to see most our parents sign up for REMIND so we can contact your quickly to remind you of important events! Ms. Seger's class can click on the link above by hovering over the "Parents" tab then hovering over "Additional Parent Resources" and clicking on "Ms. Seger's Parents Remind". If you have any questions about this please let us know! Currently we have 6 parents signed up out of a total of 46 families! Don't forget to check out the Daily Photo Journal (under the parents tab at the top of this page) and the Week in Review tab to see what your children had to say about our week! Feel free to leave us comments so we can communicate with you about our learning! Last week we worked on identifying factors and multiples, simplifying fractions, and going from a mixed number to an improper fraction, and adding and subtracting fractions. This week our focus will be on multiplying fractions. Writing: Last week we talked about the reasons why writers write and generated a lot of ideas about things important to us that we might be able to write about. This week we will begin to discuss narrative writing and the key components of this type of writing.
