Writing
This week we will be generating ideas for an essay by rereading a text closely, paying attention to important details about the characters and thinking about what the author's intentions were. We are also going to be thinking and writing about what motivates characters and what characters really want, and then using this information as a basis for an essay.

We have started Unit 2 on Ratios! Click here to view the Parent Newsletter for Unit 2. The newsletter will give you more specific information about the entire unit as well as videos and ways that you can help your child at home.
